The cornerstone was featured on April 26. Pastor Andrea recalled this description from Psalm 118: The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. Peter refers to this by identifying Jesus Christ as the rejected Messiah who God made the foundation of salvation – the essence of Jesus’ ministry. She helped us see him on the cross as a rejected cornerstone in Bible times. For now, we see it as a new dynamic on our own ministry.
