CERL in co-operation with the Community Engagement Staff of the Gail Borden Public Library has created three programs as part of an Elgin Community Read on Racism. It is our hope that by creating these programs, we will educate both ourselves and our community about the issue of racism and its impact on all of us.
Three books have been chosen. They will be available through Gail Borden Public Library in paper and e-formats so many people will have access to the books. The programs themselves will be conducted on zoom with the help of the GBPL staff.
