The Church Council has general oversight of the life and activities of the congregation, in particular its worship life - that everything be done in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practices of the ELCA. They set goals and priorities through long-range planning, oversee administration for the church, and support staff in their calling.
Tech Team

The Tech Team seeks to provide innovative solutions using technology to meet the ministry needs of the church, assist in community outreach, as well as supporting the operational and administrative functions of Holy Trinity. They pilot technology solutions and are technology advocates in our church.
Radio Ministry

Radio Ministry is responsible for the broadcast of our Sunday morning service over local radio station WRMN 1410 AM. Announcers narrate the service and ensure a successful broadcast to the surrounding community.
Property Committee
The Property Committee provides oversight of the congregation's buildings and property maintenance, improvements, and long-range property plans.
Caring Committee
The Caring Committee provides oversight of communion ministers, visitation ministers, prayer ministry, home/hospital visits, and elder care ministry.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee provides oversight of the congregation's budget, long-range financial plans, audits, and other financial related matters.

The Service Committee oversees the congregation's involvement in the Soup Kettle, food pantries, world hunger programs, Lutheran World Relief ministries, and community service programs.

The Witness Committee provides oversight of outreach, visitation, public relations, congregational events, men's and women's groups, and coffee hour.

The Learning Committee provides oversight of adult education, youth and children's ministry, vacation Bible school, child care, and confirmation instruction.
